Soundbridge is a privately-owned financial advisory firm is seeking a full-time Client Services Officer to join our team based in Rockhampton.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team where all team members work together assisting Advisers in the provision of high-quality Financial Planning whilst ensuring an excellent level of service to clients.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage own workflow in line with service standards and business processes
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination including making client appointments and follow up phone calls
- Writing and responding to correspondence, collecting information and initiating client communication
- Preparation of information required for client strategy and review meetings
- Accurate preparation and processing of applications and various forms to implement recommendations from advisers, including investment, superannuation, insurance, direct share trading and term deposit management
- Assist in ensuring compliance requirements are met eg fact finds and risk profiles, by working closely with the strategy and compliance teams to support quality advice according to ASIC regulation and licensee standards
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately in all business systems and assist with data integrity improvement initiatives
- Preparation of Records of Advice and with full training the preparation of Statements of Advice if this suits your career path
- Facilitate process improvements including updating internal processes, templates, and procedures as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in Client Services and/or Paraplanning is an advantage
- Demonstrate a client-centric approach
- Self starter with exceptional organisational skills
- A high level of attention to detail & administration skills
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Ability to work autonomously, productively and in a team environment
- Resourceful, highly organised, resilient, and solutions orientated
- Xplan, Office 365 experience (desirable)
