Frontier Migration Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an admin to support our migration agent in collecting documents with clients, preparing migration applications/documents, and managing timing/deadlines. We are based in Darwin.
High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Working closely with and providing overall administrative support to our registered migration agents
• Helping migration agents prepare migration-related applications
• Providing customer service to existing clients and prospective clients (e.g., helping them book consultations, requesting documents, entering data into forms, entering data into client management systems)
• Preparing client service agreements and invoices
• Be highly organised to manage work and deadlines
• Capable of acting independently
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Strong Communication skills
• Good people skills and enjoys working with other people
• Customer service experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes
• Adaptability to changing priorities and new way of doing things
