Primary Responsibilities
Administration Support
Are responsible for the daily provision of high-quality customer service to all ISEP Participants, employers and key stakeholders that will lead to employment outcomes. Manage some reporting aspects of ISEP program and logistics of delivering ISEP and activities within Tennant Creek.
• Meet 100% of administrative compliance requirements.
• Clearly document information in DEX system, supporting all progress, plans, communications and interactions you have with participants and employers ensuring you are complying with the Service Delivery procedures and policies.
• Contribute to the team by achieve monthly and quarterly KPI’s.
• Support with Reporting requirements quarterly
• Liaise with other government departments, Non-Government Organisations (NGO’s), Centrelink in the region.
• Create quality resumes.
• Always be aware of future employment and education opportunities and understand local labour market.
• Ensure all recording of comments and activity are completed correctly, must be of high quality, individually tailored and entered daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant records.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employer data/records to ensure relevant evidence is recorded.
• Ensure obligations are carefully explained to participants, holding them accountable for responsibilities in making sure they meet their requirements.
• Undertake other duties, when required, as requested by your manager.

Selection Criteria:
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), consultation, negotiation and coaching skills.
• Sound understanding and experience in Australian Indigenous protocols, practices and affairs
• Driver’s Licence and relevant Suitability checks
• Demonstrated ability to complete administrative duties
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
• Proven customer services experience
• Ability to type, efficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel,
• Experience is keying and sourcing data into and from databases
• Experience is using email, intranets and sourcing information via internet
• Ability to understand and work within complaints and conflict resolution procedures.
