Qualifications & experience
- Basic knowledge with Microsoft programs
- Experience within admin or similar roles - a bonus but not a requirement
- Experience with in the Building or Housing Industry - a bonus but not a requirement
Tasks & responsibilities
- Both answering and making phone calls. This could be to clients, trades or creditors.
- Monitoring and actioning daily emails
- Property folder set up and general office file organisation
- Issuing notices to clients and trades - seeing the notices through
- Scheduling appointments for team member where required
- All round office support
- Assisting with tasks within all aspects of the company
