Gardens Early Learning Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Accounts/Administration Assistant. If you have 2-3 years of experience in accounts/administration, a solid understanding of payroll and leave application systems, and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience within accounts/administration
• Understanding of payroll and leave application systems
• Familiarity with customer account statements
• Great customer service skills, including politeness, courtesy, and a professional phone manner
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Savvy computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software platforms
• Clear and concise communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and record keeping
• Assist in the preparation of payroll
• Approve and monitor staff leave applications
• Monitor customers' payment accounts
• Take action on aged debtor reports and contact customers to manage outstanding accounts
• Assist customers in understanding customer account statements
• Answer phones and emails in a timely and professional manner
