If you have 2-3 years of experience in accounts/administration, a solid understanding of payroll and leave application systems, and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience within accounts/administration
- Understanding of payroll and leave application systems
- Familiarity with customer account statements
- Great customer service skills, including politeness, courtesy, and a professional phone manner
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Savvy computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software platforms
- Clear and concise communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation of payroll
- Approve and monitor staff leave applications
- Monitor customers' payment accounts
- Take action on aged debtor reports and contact customers to manage outstanding accounts
- Assist customers in understanding customer account statements
- Answer phones and emails in a timely and professional manner
