Rosemount Turf are seeking a keen office administration assistant who is interested in a career that takes you outdoors. We are a small business, so it's important that the successful applicant is adaptable as in time there may be occasional assistance in other areas of the company. We are looking for someone with part time availability looking to work 20-25 hours per week -Ideally Wednesday-Friday.
About The Role:
- First point of contact for all customers
- Phone Sales - confident, positive & helpful phone manner to maintain & nurture existing customers and develop new ones.
- High level of attention to detail & accurate job entry.
- Knowlege of the Sunshine Coast suburbs for scheduling truck runs.
- Turf industry knowledge is well regarded but training will be provided.
- Ability to use Xero for invoicing.
- Holding a current Forklift license is favorable.
- Interest in social media content creation.
- Daily office administration tasks & data entry.
About The candidate:
- Turf Industry knowledge is highly regarded but training will be provided.
- You are organized and communicate well within a team.
- You have great time management skills and can work within a small team but also independently.
- Great customers service skills and the ability to create and foster new connections in the industry.
- Experience in scheduling & Logistics with programs like Monday.com.
- Experience using Xero accounting software.
- For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to take on our social media and content creation.
- You have a current License to perform High Risk work or willingness to learn how to operate a forklift.
- Have genuine interest & passion for the landscape industry.
The role is Part-time hours Wednesday- Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm.
You will be working in a small team in a family run business.
