About the role
- Team Global Express is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Planning & Administration Team within Fleet Operations
- This is a Full time, Permanent role (Moday to Friday)
- Work collaboratively within a medium sized team to provide data entry and administrative support to our internal customers
- Daily data entry tasks in order to update and maintain a high level of data integrity
- Update and maintain records on our Fleet Equipment, whilst also building your knowledge around our Equipment as well as the wider business
- Utilise our Fleet Management System on a daily basis
- Assign service schedules for compliance
- Build your knowledge around licensing, accreditation and compliance
- Work with internal stakeholders and management in order to produce strong administrative outcomes
- Maintain a high level of service when liaising back and forth with internal stakeholders on data and administrative matters
- Operate under within a well structured workflow in order to drive consistency and accuracy throughout the team
- Full Training & Support is required. The successful candidate will join a supportive team that thrives on training and communication. Whilst it will be ideal to have previous knowledge within the Transport & Fleet Operations space, this is not mandatory. This opportunity will provide you with a great opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills in this space.
