About the Position
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, hard working and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
You will use your knowledge, skills and experience to assist in a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, recruitment and trainee documentation, generating project schedules, updating policies and procedures, organising and scheduling appointments, assisting in the preparation of regular scheduled reports, research and creating presentations and newsletters, purchasing equipment and all round administrative duties.
This is a permanent role, working five days per week to support central office.
About you
We are looking for an administrator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build relationships. Additionally, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience (preferred but not necessary).
- Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, autonomously and as part of a team
