We are looking for a Administration and Accounts assistant to join our team on working within the Aged Care sector on a casual basis with a minimum 25 hrs per week, and an immediate start. This position is a remote position and will be primarly working from home and would suit someone in teh Brisbane, Logan or Gold Coast areas
We require some one who is skilled in the below requirements and has a can do attitude.
Essential Requirements
- Current Police Check
- Great communication kills
- Experience with Xero (Essential)
- Knowledge of Accounts processes
- Payroll Knowledge (Desirable but not essential)
- Proficent in Excel, Work and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to operating systems
- Data entry
- General Administration duties as directed
- Ability to multi taks
- Willingness to learn other roles, to cover leave as required
