We are seeking an Administration Accounts Assistant for our home office at Munruben.
Peries IGA has a group of supermarkets across Queensland and are looking for someone to support our busy accounts team.
The successful applicant must have expert knowledge skills in Excel and a working knowledge of MYOB and Smart Retail would be an advantage. MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE.
This role will provide a wide variety of tasks including:
- Debtor Management across 13 separate businesses
- Working with our Point of Sale System.
- Reconciling of accounts
- Assistance with Creditors
- Payroll Support
- Collection of Mail
- Report preparation for a variety of areas to support the Financial Controller.
This role will work 6 hours per day across 5 days a week, initially however may lead to full time in the future so flexibility is essential.
