Job description

Aussie Powersports is a locally owned and operated business based in Charters Towers, specialising in Quad Bike and Side by Side accessories. As we continue to grow, we are in search of our next Administration superstar to join our team.

Key duties: 

  • Manage customer account setup, including resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and returns, liaising with customers to facilitate efficient resolution.
  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director and Products Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents and information.
  • Create and update records, databases, and document control systems to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Perform data entry and analysis tasks to support business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Assist with the organisation of staff events, such as socials, BBQs, and birthdays, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage maintenance schedules for vehicles and assets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational requirements.
  • Provide website support and administration, including content updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support freight and dispatch activities, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of products. This area includes some lifting and moving freight. 
  • Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as required to support business personnel and operations.

Skills and experience required for the position. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams) - Essential 
  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience with customer account management, website administration, or executive support is desirable.
