You are a capable and experienced administration professional, and you are:
- Sick of working with disorganised processes and people
- Sick of working with low performers, and a lack of accountability
- Sick of being micromanaged and feeling like you’re undervalued, and
- Frustrated by a lack of leadership and being let down by your team

About the role
Once you're fully up to speed, here are a few of the things that you will be responsible for:
- Email management (action emails, return calls, follow ups, etc)
- Take phone calls/messages
- Filing, document control, manage computer filing
- Contact referrals - coordinate appointments for new referrals
- Manage clients and jobs in PHACS software program
- General accounts and administration tasks
- Basic social accounts management
- and more…
