Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalised assistance and support throughout their home-buying journey.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the construction process, including managing appointments and scheduling contract documentation.

Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the residential building industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Framework software preferred.

A positive attitude, high motivation, and the ability to work autonomously or in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
