Key Responsibilities:
Interact with rental providers and renters
Manage arrears effectively
Conduct rental reviews, lease renewals, and rent increases
Prepare comprehensive CMA reports
Attend VCAT hearings and provide necessary preparations
Arrange safety compliance checks
Collaborate with local and international team members.
Meet KPI targets in arrears, rent reviews, email response times, and call connect rates.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of legislation and residential tenancies act
- Industry knowledge
- Previous Property Management experience
- Skilled in prioritising communication with clients
- Able to provide a high level of customer service to rental providers and renters
- Well-presented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player attitude
Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is a must
