Our client located in Campbellfield, is a leader of high end vehicle imports and conversions.
A permanent full time position is vacant for a highly motivated Data Entry and admin office support officer to look after Data Entry, filling, and general admin.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Admin support, Data Entry and Filling
- Strong with computers using in house systems and MS Office
- Must be a highly accurate, self motivated, reliable and responsible
Tasks & responsibilities
- High Volume Data Entry
- Assisting in providing customer service when necessary
- Liaising with staff across the business from management to factory floor
- Accurate record keeping of data using in house systems
- Following up outstanding jobs/issues with company/clients
- Freight Scheduling
- Invoicing
- Phone communication
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Be organised
- Good phone manner
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Australian company in a position that offers security with some flexibility.
Pay is between $28 to $30 Per hour depending on experience and suitability.
