A local accounting firm is currently searching for a Data Entry Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. They currently have a backlog of policies that need to be manually updated and saved to their systems. This role would suit a candidate that is capable of processing large amounts of information, within a repetitive framework, while maintaining and ensuring accuracy.
Your new role
Between 6,000 - 7,000 policies need to be updated manually in their system WinBEAT.
Open each individual policy, click through and select the updated policy details as required, then save the new policy into the system.
Create and maintain a register that documents the progress made, and cross cross-references which policies have been updated.
What you'll need to succeed
Must have excellent attention to detail
Strong methodology and organisation skills
Must be able to process large batch data with speed and accuracy.
This business utilises standard brokerage software, it is very simple to use and training will be provided if necessary.
You must be capable of completing repetitive tasks, while maintaining focus and accuracy.
