This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the organisation by providing high-quality administration support and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify all missing data from councils’ property portfolio.
- Liaise with external parties when required to obtain any missing data.
- Capture all key data from all of council’s leases, licenses and short-term hire.
- Digitise all paper form documents missing from the council’s electronic management system.
- Local Government experience
- Experience in property lease administration
- High attention to detail
