About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Data Entry Officer to join our Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) Examinations team to help ensure they complete target workloads within established service standards.
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the VCAT Examinations team, including:
- Meeting Data Entry volume targets
- Assisting with invoice preparation and mailing
- Sorting and distributing mail, faxes and other correspondence
- Coordinating stationery requirements for the team
- Attending to telephone enquiries and taking messages
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Sound communication skills
- Computer literacy including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Team orientation, motivation, enthusiasm and a drive to achieve
A Certificate in Business/Office Administration or associated business discipline will be highly regarded.
