Solstice Media is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the crucial Administration and Finance Coordinator position. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our finance and administration teams. Position Purpose
The purpose of the Administration and Finance Coordinator position is to:
- support the finance and administration teams;
- be the first point of contact for visitors to the Solstice Media office; and
- perform a range of tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Criteria
Experience
You will have experience using the following programs:
- an ability to use the Microsoft Office suite;
- an ability to use the Google Suite of products;
- an ability to use Facebook, LinkedIn, Later and Instagram; and
- an ability to use MYOB or Xero.

This position requires the candidate to have:

Main Activities
The main activities of this role are to:
- assist with creating client invoices and chasing client payments;
- assist with Payroll;
- filing and administration support;
- reception duties including meet and greet of clients;
- assistance with social media posts and reporting;
- manage client bookings and reporting; and
- processing of subscription renewals;
- General office administration, supporting the Office Manager as required.
