Gex Bars And Rails and NQ All Terrain Hire are looking for their next Administration and Hire Coordinator. 

Gex Bars And Rails is a locally owned fabrication company that specialises in Bullbars and custom fit outs for ATV/UTV's. 

NQ All Terrain Hire is a subsidiary company that hires buggies for commercial purposes, sporting events, and festivals Australia wide. 

Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Invoicing 
• Creating Purchase Orders and parts ordering
• Accounts Payable & Receivable 
• Daily Bank Reconciling 
• Responding to emails and online enquiries 
• Quoting 
• Hire bookings 
• Stock Control/ Inventory 

Experience: 

• Administration experience is preferred 
• Exposure and competency with Xero, BlackPurl, HirePOS and Microsoft are beneficial but not essential 

Candidate Attributes: 

• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Enthusiasm to learn new processes and a ‘can do’ attitude 
• Strong work ethic
