Description:
- Answering phone call, email, quoting and making the booking on the system.
- Invoicing
- Assign cleaners to everyday job
- Daily and weekly report to manager
- Communicate with the franchisee
- Assist the manager with other management roles.
- Assist the manager with recruiting and training staffs
- Assist the manager with building new procedure
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience in customer service or similar role
- Well presented, with a professional phone manner
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional people management skill
- The ability to multi-task with flawless organizational and time management skills
- Be keen to contribute to building the firm's processes and procedures
