All Family Nursing Care (AFNC) is a nurse practitioner led NDIS provider specialising in forensic and complex mental health and community nursing services. It is run by a family of nurses who understand about caring.
About the role
AFNC is looking for an experienced administrator, who possesses strong administrative skills, accurate data entry abilities, enjoys a challenge and working competently under pressure.
You will report directly to the Managers and CEOs. You will be responsible for undertaking day to day administration duties associated with the role.
This key role is a full-time position working 0900hrs to 1700hrs Monday to Fridays.
About You
Position responsibilities
- Coordinating service booking with customers and support staff
- Acting as a central point of contact for Managers and support staff.
- Generating and managing customers service agreements
- Providing administrative support to management and support staff
- Communicating about rosters and changes to relevant staff
- Maintaining files and record management system in line with quality standards
- Overseeing office management (ordering supplies, etc.)
- Ensuring files and records are maintained.
- Scheduling and Rostering support staff.
Position duties
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computerised roster system, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively roster a large number of full-time, part-time and casual staff across all SIL homes and community access environments using our scheduling and Rostering system.
- Advanced administrative skills and computer literacy- word / emailing /scanning /data entry and saving documents
- Answering inbound inquiries from customers and assist with inquiries.
- Contact customers to ensure service requirements are met.
- Updating rosters based on business needs.
- Contacting (via phone, text, email, etc.) customers to advise of rostering changes.
- Assisting with general administrative duties..
- Assisting with the management of timesheets for relevant staff
- Assessing and managing risk in line with quality standards
- Escalating issues to relevant Team Leaders and Managers
- Assisting in project work to improve team processes.
- Responding to roster inquiries from relevant staff
- Completing monthly checklists for clients
- Documents to be filed / scanned and archived weekly
- Booking staff competency trainings/meetings/appraisals
You will be required to possess knowledge in the following areas:
- Some understanding of the NDIS
- Experience in administration
- Be willing to obtain police check
