Not-for-Profit Permanent Assignment offering $50-65k + Superannuation
Your new company
Our client is a Not-for-Profit organisation that specialises in providing a wide range of care services. They have several years of hands-on experience in disability, aged care, health and social work sectors. Our client provides appropriate and targeted services that meet all your needs for children, adults, families, carers and groups.
Your new role
As the Rostering and Administration Officer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and distribute accurate staff and client rosters.
- Manage leave planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with clients and support workers to deliver appropriate solutions for vacant shifts.
- Review client funding to determine if extra shifts can be supported for emergency situations.
- Ensure that all case noting is up to date, comprehensive, accurate, compliant and secure.
- Participate in On-Call roster, including weekends.
- Handle various office tasks, including filing, report generation, meeting setup, and supply reordering.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy for report generation, transcribing minutes, creating presentations, and research.
- Audit staff and participant folders for documentation completeness.
- Liaise with payroll for participant invoices and billing.
- Assist finance officers with filing payroll documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Current National Police Check (completed in the last 6 months)
- Working with Children check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain an NDIS worker screening check
- Experience with 24-hour timesheet checking for accurate payroll processing.
- Certificate in Community Services, Certificate in Administration, Individual Support and experience working in NDIS
