We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work with the fundraising and membership team. The successful candidate will need outstanding attention to detail as they will also work with the finance team in Xero and SalesForce for donation and event reconsiliation work between the systems. You will also answer the phones and take donations over the phone along with other staff within the organisation. The position requires the successful candidate to work with finance and office manager to undertake some of the office coordination functions.
This is a diverse role and requires a self-starter and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to engage, learn and be proactive. People skills, communication and written skills.
The position is full-time in our Sydney office.
