We are a tight-knit group that goes above and beyond to support one another, ensuring outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our customer service team in the role of Administration Assistant in a part time capacity and on a 12 month contract. Joining our team of five, you will provide support to the Client Service Officers and Advisers with fundamental administration duties.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a financial planning office considered favourably, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills, including an ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering the main reception phone and assisting with basic client enquiries or directing to the appropriate staff member.
- Booking client appointments as well as meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
- General office administration tasks such as maintaining office stationary, kitchen supplies and organising mail.
- Assisting the Client Service Officers with ad hoc tasks.
