An admin position at JCP is a ticket to different. Every. Single. Day.
JCP works in Commercial Facility Maintenance, so say goodbye to the boredom of just accounts payable or answering phones!
JCP admin staff handle a variety of work everyday, they have the empowerment to manage their own workload & schedule plus JCP staff are actively encouraged to improve and change processes for efficiency.
Staff are offered the opportunity to upskill through training and we insist on work life balance with a family focused 38hr work week.
The day to day stuff….
- Assisting Project Managers & trade staff as required
- Conduct audits, inductions & maintain registers
- Invoice processing & Accounts duties
- Social media posts + emails to clients etc
- Attend to customer inquiries & some supplier deliveries
- Be organised, have multitasking skills
- Chose the office music a couple of days a week
What you need to bring….
- Minimum 2 years reception, call centre or administration experience
- Excellent computer skills & ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to manage & prioritise tasks
- High attention to detail
- Know how to speak “tradie" and assist with ‘tech stuff’ (their phones)
- Current Australian Drivers licence - ability to drive a manual will be highly regarded
