Switchsmart Electrical is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. The position is casual, with the successful candidate working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Work hours can be flexible, and the successful candidate can discuss start and finish times upon accepting the job. This position would be ideal for university students or anyone looking for a flexible casual job during school hours. Due to our continued growth, this role may have the potential for a future permanent part-time position.

Key responsibilities include:- Managing the schedule for a team of electricians
- Providing professional communication to clients
- Utilising different types of management software
- Data entry and emails
- Ensuring that invoices are submitted correctly and on time
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks where required
- Strong customer service skills
- Consistently reliable
- Strong organisation skills
- A basic understanding of different management software (training will be provided as required)
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills with a common sense approach
- Ability to think outside of the box
