Form of workWe are seeking a reliable and suitably experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Godde’s Grain & Fertilisers at Culcairn.
The successful applicant will assist with preparation of invoices for grain and fertiliser sales and freight cartage, entering data into excel spreadsheets, reconciling of grain and fertiliser dockets, end of month reconciliations, assist with weekly logistics, truck maintenance records and accounts payable as well as other duties as required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential along with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook essential. Experience with Xero accounting, MyTrucking and Gearbox is desirable.
