Administration Assistant

Our client are a transport and supply chain organisation seeking an experienced data entry, Administration Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking to develop further experience in the logistics' and transport industry. This position provides administrative and data verification for a national transport fleet. 

This role requires someone who has availability to work across a rotating day shift roster which will include regularly scheduled weekend shifts. 

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• High volume data entry and data verification across multiple systems 
• Provide assistance to transport team to investigate and resolve customer service enquiries 
• Verify proof of delivery documentation 
• Verify delivery driver hours and transport movements 
• Provide administrative support to transport team 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following: 

• Previous administration experience
• Intermediate excel knowledge and strong computer skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task
