A temporary (approximately 7-8 months) full-time role has become available working as an Administration Assistant for a manufacturer of engineered metal products, based in Carole Park.
This position will provide administration and accounts support, including:
- Accounts payable
- Supplier invoice processing
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Prepare payment batches for approval and load into the bank for payment
- Filing & Archiving
- Banking
- Accounting for the receipts & payments and complete the bank reconciliation
- Freight booking
- End of month reporting
- Collect Documents monthly for generation of SOFI Reports (Daily work Attendance, Incident Report,
Labor Hours Calculation, Wages – Factory Staff) - Answer telephone and forward, take detailed messages
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence learning and using new computer systems with sound skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
