The Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Administration Assistantto join our EmeraldDepot on a full-time basis.
- Providing timely, accurate administrative support to various departments;
- General office duties including mail, scanning, photocopying, filing, archiving, banking, front desk customer queries, answering phones, arranging meetings and taking minutes;
- Supporting Compliance duties and audits;
- Booking of accommodation;
- Documentation control;
- Uniform stock control and management,
- Office procurement;
- Data entry utilising various systems;
- Additional administrative duties as directed.

You will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated project administrative experience with strong data entry skills.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Good organisation, planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
