Civil Train (RTO 45621), a registered training organisation (RTO) providing civil construction training and accreditation, is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in Thebarton South Australia.
Civil Train is the respected training division of the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF), the peak industry body representing civil contractors across Australia.
This role will require supporting the training team in a range of administration duties, primarily involving the end-to-end process for short course enrolments. This includes working closely with trainees, employers, Civil Train staff and other stakeholders.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional telephone skills, ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients.
- Ability to problem solve, set goals, and manage time effectively.
- High level of client response including a high customer service focus.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with the proven ability to create & use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of initiative in the use of automated workflows and systems High level focus on continuous improvement.
- High level of organisational skills.
Experience of working in Registered Training Organisations (RTO) is desirable, but not required.
We have a strong focus on customer service and supporting students. Resolving issues and encouraging student / clients to use technology to be self sufficient will be the main functions of the role, however we are a small team and career progression opportunities may arise.
