We are seeking a highly motivated full time Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a diverse and highly responsible role, requiring a special person who has the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Martins Mechanical is a locally owned family business located in Mackay specialising in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Your role:
- Assist the team with general daily administration tasks; Assist with answering phone calls; Booking workshop jobs, Responding to emails and answering machine messages
- Manage stock; Data entry: Customer service: Filing; General office cleaning
