Job description

We having an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to fill our Administration Assistant role working 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday in Paget. This role would suit someone with good Microsoft excel skills, the ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Be well presented, and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrable high level of competence in the use of Microsoft Suite of software, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in general administrative and clerical support duties
  • Experience dealing with process orientated tasks
  • Office Administration Certificate (Desirable)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the business requirements

To be successful you will be a highly motivated individual with attention to detail. You must be a team player that contributes openly to the team dynamic with the desire to learn and further your career within the administration space.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the workshop / operations team
  • Assist in continuous improvement and quality
  • General data entry & dictation
  • Taking accurate meeting minutes & distributing
  • Maintain excel documents and relevant inhouse systems
  • Hardcopy & electronic filing
  • Various administration tasks such as photocopying, binding, purchasing and creation of company files
