Administration Assistant

As part of continued growth, Baiada are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the operations team, responsible for managing the flow of trucks and goods through the facility. This role combines administrative responsibilities with a rotating roster, offering a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge to record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management of weighbridge software.
• Coordinate vehicle movements in and out of the site.
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
• Liaise with drivers and other staff to ensure compliance with site regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Experience within a similar role or in a busy administrative setting.
• Competence in computer systems, including MS Office.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
