The Organisation:A well respected business that distinguishes itself with a holistic approach, providing comprehensive services through a dedicated Relationship Management team. Overall the business has over 200 professionals as they are nationally known with a Perth and also Melbourne offices. The business specialises in addressing Family Office requirements, offering expertise in investment management, taxation, superannuation, succession planning, financial management, philanthropy and trustee services.
The Role:
- Maintain a professional environment at point of entry to the practice’s facilities
- Supporting the executive team in driving the effectiveness of overall business, by providing a diverse range of organisational and administrative functions
- Complete administrative tasks including managing diaries and emails, drafting documents, proofreading, reconciling credit card expenses and more
- Liaising with key stakeholders internally and external clients - including gatekeeping for the partner, following up clients and proactively booking meetings
- Accept payments from clients
- Ensuring reception area to be kept clean and tidy
- Phone call management and board room set up
The Person:
The following knowledge, skills and experience are requirements of the position
- 1+ Experience in professional services in an equivalent role or similar
- Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and time management skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm, a real self-starter
- Professional and polished presentation
- Honest and Loyal to the business
- Strong administrative skills from whichever industry

An offer of an hourly salary ranges from $30-$35p/h + Superannuation depending on experience. An on site opportunity. This Temp role is for 3 months and with plenty of potential to be ongoing as the end of financial year approaches.
