Freight Lines Group is WA based transport & logistics company. We service General, Refrigerated & Bulk freight in the Perth, Albany, Esperance, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Ravensthorpe regions. Position Purpose:
This position aims to find someone who has “Can do” attitude and is responsible for answering phones, taking and entering bookings and liaising with customers to get freight picked up and delivered in a timely manner. The position requires the ability to work independently, and as well as be a good team player. You will be part of the Bookings Team in Esperance.
Role Requirements:
- Taking and processing bookings in person, online and by phone
- Answering customers inquiries through email and phone calls.
- Converting customers to online bookings
- Greeting customers and visitors as required at the front reception
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues in various regional WA locations
- Other duties as reasonably required from time to time
Skill and Experience:
- Motivated and passionate to learn, quick learner
- Customer Bookings knowledge and experience is preferable
- Previous Data Entry/Customer Service Essential
- Experience in the transport industry is highly desirable
- Good time management skills and working efficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Freight 2020 experience will be highly regarded
