Job Overview

We're seeking an indidivudal to join our team and play a crucial role in managing the grant application process for the Innovative Society Fund, ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in liaising with applicants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Grant Pipeline:
- Oversee the grant application process, track the pipeline in the CRM, assist applicants, and respond to queries about eligibility and funding.
- Coordinate Grant Assessments:
- Facilitate Assessment Panels with an independent group of stakeholders and industry representatives.
- Ensure fair and ethical evaluation of applications aligned with the grant assessment process, and provide feedback to applicants.
- Manage Grant Reporting and Acquittal Process:
- Monitor grant outcomes through robust reporting systems.
- Assist in Impact Reporting:
- Develop and implement tools to measure the effectiveness of grants, gather impact data, and support in producing impact reports.
- Align Activities & Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with teams to align grant activities with the wider goals and priorities of the project.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in grant management, preferably in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related sector is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of the WA innovation ecosystem and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence in using systems, including CRMs and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
