Junction Engineering Group is a construction and mechanical maintenance company based in Weipa QLD.
We are the local specialist in metal fabrication, metal erection, private and commercial construction, carpentry and general maintenance, steel sales and supplies, tilt tray and towing services, mechanical shutdown services and labour hire. Our number one priority is safety follow closely by high attention to detail - we pride ourselves in providing quality services to our industry clients and extending the life of their assets.
Our office team are currently seeking a permanent full-time Administration Assistant to work within our Admin Team based at our Workshop in Weipa.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Provide assistance to the Admin Manager
- Answer Incoming Calls;
- Liaise with customers;
- Update key information into MYOB and Microsoft Office applications
- Assist with general office duties, i.e. Creditors, Debtors, Filing, data entry.
- Book in jobs when required
- Enter purchase orders, contracts and client payments
- Liaise with management and provide admin support as required
To be considered for this role you must have:
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- Sound Microsoft Office skills;
- A drivers license;
- Strong customer service tendencies;
- Experience within a similar role
- Ability to use technological programs proficiently
Candidates who have had some office experience preferred, however, this is not essential to succeed in this role. This position is available for commencement now.
