Join a well-established state government organisation as an Administration Assistant based in Greenacre location, Currently seeking a strong administrator to help out during a busy period, we are looking for multiple Administration Assistants to apply for these positions. These roles are office-based 3 days and work-from-home 2 days once training is complete.
Your new role
- Provide administrative support services, including filing, mail and correspondence management, and document creation and storage.
- Update databases and manage records.
- Provide customer service and assist with ad hoc tasks.
- Perform data entry into multiple databases.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years Office administration experience within a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of empathy and resilience.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet working space for effective work-from-home arrangements.
