AddressWe are seeking a flexible and capable Administration Assistant to work with our Childrens Services team, providing support to the Director at our Forestville Early Learning Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working within the Children’s Services Management System (Hubworks)
- Assisting the Director to manage the general administration involved in running the service.
- Liaising with the Director and families.
- Invoicing, accounts and related admin tasks.
- Reporting on assigned tasks
- As well as other administrative tasks as specified in the attached Position Description
To be considered for this role you will:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be confident with using Word, Excel, Email and Internet operations.
- Understanding of the NSW Start Strong Preschool Funding and Federal Government Child Care Subsidy model or be willing to learn about application of these in our service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures and records management.
- Possess excellent organisational skills with a great ability to multitask.
- Experience in this role at in a children’s services setting would be highly desirable.
