Administration Assistant

Workforce Training Centre WA (WTCWA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides training and assessment services for a range of business and operational skills courses to companies and members of the public who are, or who wish to be, employed within the mining, infrastructure, and construction industries.

THE ROLE 

We currently have the opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Kewdale Training Centre.  

Offered on a full-time, permanent basis and working Monday to Friday, from 7.00am to 4.00pm, you will be responsible for: 

• Customer Service including student enrolments and payments 
• General administration involving data entry, course scheduling, preparing training materials and resources
• Conduct respiratory mask fit test (training provided) 
• Process purchase orders and issuing client invoices 
• Support other administration activities as required
• Stock control, preparing and issuing of uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) kits

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will enjoy working with the public in an administrative based role, and will be able to demonstrate:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 
• Be a ‘people person,’ who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner with people from all backgrounds and cultures
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Experience working in a registered training organisation is desirable but not essential
