Part Time Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised Administration Assistant working 20 hours per week in our Spare Parts and Service Department.
Experience in data entry, exceptional customer service and a great phone manner are essential. Working in a small, dedicated and fun team, duties include:
- Parts and Service Departments administration tasks
- Monthly report updating
- General system data entry
- Email communication
- Answering the phone, speaking with staff and customers
- General assistance as required
Ideally you will enjoy working with numbers and have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and the service industry. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
The work hours structure will be tailored with the successful applicant.
