Exciting opportunity for experienced administrator, passionate about customer service, to join a fast paced team located on Sydney's Northern Beaches

The position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Organise and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book couriers, record and communicate incoming and outgoing items.
- General Administration/Office duties
- Customer Service/Reception front person: Greeting, Process EFTPOS, assist with queries and processing orders
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced organization
- A good understanding of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- High attention to detail
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Fun and positive attitude
- Monday to Friday Position
- Get Paid Weekly
- Temp to permanent Role (You must have full Australian Working Rights).
