We are seeking Full time Administration Assistant to join our, Fast paced family run Collision Repair business offering vehicle repairs for Insurance and private customers.
Qualifications & experience
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred with use of Audanet and iBodyShop although we are happy to train the perfect candidate.
We are looking for someone who is confident with a friendly manner that will
ensure the first point of contact for our customers is cheerful and helpful.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Must be well presented and punctual.
Must be approachable, have great communication skills and able to work with customers
Must have an eye for detail and a focus on ensuring accurate paperwork.
Must be organized and able to work within scheduled time frames.
Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Tasks & responsibilities
Greet customers on arrival and direct to the appropriate person
Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure the office area is clean and presentable at all times
Data entry
Daily Data Base Updates
Checking, Filing and Responding to Email queries
Ordering of office supplies
Assist in Check in and handover of vehicle
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable, highly organised, and well presented.
Great time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Full time hours: 5 days a week, 7:30 am to 4:30pm
