Biniris is a nationally recognised and ISO accredited, commercial cleaning and facilities services company, that has experienced substantial and consistent growth since it commenced its operations in 1986.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic part time Administration Assistant to support our Domestic Cleaning Department at our Brisbane Head Office. This position will see you being a valuable part of the team as you navigate the diverse administration duties encompassed in your role.
In this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
* General administration duties
* Uploading and maintaining documents through various online systems
* Data entry
* Answering phones
* Adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A strong team focus
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A sound working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office Suite program
In addition, the successful applicant will need to undergo a National Police Clearance.
Previous experience in an Administration role will be advantageous.
