Roles and Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant at Kaboom Projects:
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office is organised and running efficiently.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Update and manage client databases and project files.
Financial Tasks:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Utilize Xero software for accurate and efficient financial management.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and track project timelines and deliverables.
- Use Monday.com to manage project tasks and workflows.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Client Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.

General Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:
