Administration Officer (Maternity Leave Position)
Collective Employment Relations has been engaged by Viking Group to recruit an exceptional Administration professional to join their team. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Officer for a 7/8-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our accounts and administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Your Role:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, deposits, receipts, and expenses.
- Reconcile project invoices and payments.
- Handle payroll and timesheets with the bookkeeper.
- Organise customer paperwork from start to finish.
- Order materials and lodge pre-approvals.
- Perform data entry and coordinate installations.
- Enter job info for rebate processing.
- Send completion emails with documentation.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the team and owner.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts management and administration.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
