Physio Strong Albany is a busy private practice who provides excellent physiotherapy services to the community of Albany and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an administration superstar to join our team. Full-time and part-time hours are on offer.
The role includes:
- Opening/closing of the practice
- Basic reception duties including greeting our wonderful clients and answering phone calls
- Managing appointment bookings on our Physio-based practice software
- Managing incoming referrals and communications via email
- Scanning, filing and uploading confidential documents
- Assisting with the cleaning of the gym/treatment rooms and maintaining tidiness within the practice
- Assisting with marketing and promotion
- Supporting the practitioners with their administrative needs
- Collaborating with a friendly and hard-working team
Our ideal candidate has the following qualities:
- Previous experience with doing administrative tasks preferred
- Great attitude towards customer service
- Attention to detail
- Understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities
- Assertive and patient communicator
