Job description

Morley City has an exciting, fixed term opportunity for 12 months for an Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant collaborative team. Previous dealership experience advantageous!

Morley City is a respected and thriving car dealership hub located in Morley. We specialise in providing a wide range of vehicles, including used cars as well as new Kia, Hyundai, and Nissan brands. The Role

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing administrative support to various departments within our dealership.

 This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers, and manufacturers.  It’s a fast paced and interesting role and we are willing to provide full training for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Processing for New, Used and Fleet Vehicles
  • Support Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries.
  • Vehicle licensing
  • Archive and File Paperwork
  • Back up Reception duties
  • Back up Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

Requirements

  • Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
  • A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and task driven.
  • Demonstrate a pro-active approach.
  • Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
  • Current drivers licence
  • Previous dealership experience preferred.
